Ethan works with clients in cases involving unpaid wages and commissions, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Ethan is a lifelong advocate for employees’ rights, first discovering his passion as a child attending a summer camp that stressed the value of fighting for workers.
While in law school, Ethan worked for a Detroit, Michigan-based civil rights law firm, advocating for the rights of underrepresented people. Ethan has never wavered from his commitment to holding powerful people and groups accountable when they cause harm to others.
Ethan was born outside of Detroit and raised in East Lansing, Michigan, where he attended Michigan State University and met his wife, Victoria. The two of them moved to North Carolina after Ethan was accepted to the Wake Forest University School of Law. Ethan and Victoria loved North Carolina so much that they decided to stay (and avoid the Michigan winters). Ethan enjoys board game nights with friends, trivia contests, reading, and hiking. Ethan is also a movie buff and always interested in hearing movie recommendations.
