Tai Padela is the Executive Assistant at Gibbons Law Group, where she supports the firm's administrative operations with care, organization, and a genuine commitment to doing things well. She believes steady work and quiet responsibility matter.
Outside of her professional role, Tai is deeply curious about the world. She loves reading and writing, and is endlessly fascinated by stories, symbolism, and the ways narratives shape how we see ourselves. She is someone who studies for the joy of understanding, often diving into new languages, artificial intelligence, digital ethics, and algorithmic bias simply because she wants to think more clearly about the world we are building.
Tai enjoys solving problems and building systems that make life more functional and meaningful. She is creative at heart. She has worked as a designer, painted canvases, and once found unexpected joy and courage performing in a theater group. Being on stage taught her as much about vulnerability as it did about expression.
She absolutely loves musicals. The music, the choreography, the storytelling, the way a song can carry emotion in a way regular dialogue cannot. There is something about stories being sung that feels vibrant and alive to her.
More than anything, Tai loves her three dogs, Rebecca, Bruce, and Nick. They are equal parts chaos and fun, grounding, daily companionship, and constant reminders that love does not need to be complicated.
She is curious, reflective, creative, and always trying to understand a little more than she did yesterday.
