Craig is an experienced employment law litigator and a founding partner of Gibbons Leis, PLLC. Craig helps employees with a broad range of employment matters, including recovering unpaid wages and overtime, negotiating non-compete agreements, severance packages, and other employment law contracts, as well as litigating discrimination, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits. He has a deep understanding of federal and state employment laws dealing with wages, disability, medical leave, and wrongful discharge and regularly represents employees in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Craig knows employers. He anticipates how employers think and act because his background includes more than 15 years representing both small and large companies throughout the United States. Today, Craig limits his practice to protecting the rights of employees, but he is able to use the inside knowledge he obtained representing employers to maximize the best result possible for our clients.
A native of Ohio, Craig attended Ohio State University where he played varsity soccer. Craig attended law school at Capital University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Craig is also a devoted father to his two children, who are active in soccer, golf, lacrosse, and theater. You will often find Craig as a coach or spectator at practices, games or other events. Craig’s personal hobbies include golf, hiking, and mountaineering. He is currently planning an expedition to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
Craig supports and volunteers his time to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Craig’s mother has MS and it has been a part of his life for as long as he can remember.
