Welcome to the Charlotte, North Carolina Office of Phil Gibbons Law, P.C.
Phil Gibbons Law, P.C. focuses exclusively on employee rights. We do not represent employers. If you are owed overtime pay, minimum wages, or other compensation, or if you have been a victim of discrimination, retaliation, or harassment, or you have an issue with Family Medical Leave, we can help. We have the experience and resources to take on employers of any size and we handle individual and class action employment lawsuits.
We represent employees in many jobs and occupations, including cable and satellite installers, managers, call center employees, entertainers, restaurant and other tipped employees, debt collectors, security guards, independent contractors, computer and IT employees, inside salespersons, and mortgage industry employees.
Our Mecklenburg County, North Carolina law firm handles employment law cases for clients throughout the state of North Carolina, including Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston Salem, Asheville, Concord and Gastonia.
How can we help you?
When you contact Phil Gibbons Law, P.C., you will receive a free, confidential evaluation of your case. You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire as part of the confidential case evaluation. In most situations, you will then either speak with an attorney or paralegal by telephone within one day of answering the questionnaire. In some situations, we may determine that we cannot accept your case based on the answers you provide in the questionnaire. If this occurs, we will notify you via email that we are unable to accept your case.
If you are not ready to speak with an attorney, take the time to learn about your legal rights. Please download our free book, “The Seven Biggest Mistakes That Can Destroy Your North Carolina Employment Law Claim.” This book describes steps you can take that may prevent you from losing your case before it is even filed!
What should you expect if we accept your case?
When you become a client of Phil Gibbons Law, P.C., your case will be handled by experienced employment law attorneys. You will receive real world, common sense legal advice based on your specific situation. We will treat you with respect, keep you up-to-date on your case, and return your phone calls.
